These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the Volkrion website (the "Service") operated by Volkrion ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service or engaging with our digital product engineering services.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Services & Deliverables
Volkrion is a digital product engineering agency specializing in MVP development, SaaS platforms, custom web applications, and UI/UX engineering.
The specific scope of work, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties before the commencement of work.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in a project-specific agreement, all custom code, design files, and digital assets created by Volkrion specifically for your project become your intellectual property upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees.
Your Ownership
Custom codebase, specific design assets, project documentation, and your proprietary data.
Our Retained Rights
Pre-existing code libraries, open-source tools, general methodologies, and internal agency knowledge.
The Volkrion website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Volkrion and its licensors.
3. Payments & Fees
Payment terms, including milestones, hourly rates, or fixed project costs, will be detailed in your individual project agreement. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. As a user of the Service, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without written permission.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.
- Use the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Volkrion, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or our engineering services, beyond the total fees paid by you to Volkrion for the specific project in question.
6. Modifications & Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
